No illumination panel lights

No illumination panel lights
I have the 90 accord that has all kinds of problems, the one bothering me most is the dashboard illumination.The brakelights and all everything else works fine i just dont have any illumination an the instument panel. i have checked fuses, relays with no luck. Any help would be great.

help i need my car

Sounds stupid, but have you checked the panel dimmer switch?? I have seen experienced techs miss this simple fix.

would the dimmer switch cause the lights to not come on at all? also if this were a relay or fuse, wouldnt something else not work. like tailights or something else on the same fuse or relay? i highly doubt the dimmer has its own relay and fuse. although i didnt actuall find a fuse for the dimmer. i checked all fuses under hood and under steering wheel and all were fine.

help i need my car

if the dimmer is all the way down, it turns off all the dash lights. If it is a fuse, it should be a 5 amp. (I think)
