2004 Toyota Echo flasher fuse blows with growing frequency

Hi,

I have this weird problem with my 2004 Toyota Echo.

The flasher (turn and emergency signal) fuse went out. I replaced it. In about a month it went out again. I kept replacing it until it blew it right away as I changed it. This happened in about 4 month. At that point the check engine light came up and the flasher relay needed to be replaced, which I did. I thought that it would fix the problem for good. But after about a month the fuse went out again and it keeps blowing it more and more often again. Now it blows it a couple of hours after I replace it. I guess I'm up for a flasher relay replace again.

The car is stock, no modifications.

Anyone has any idea?
