2002 chevy cavailer no start
I have a 2002 chevy cavailer with a 2.2L OHV engine. about a month ago the car ran fine parked it and then would not start back up. I have listened for the fuel pump to see if it is running which it is. Recently replaced spark plugs and wires. I have tried spraying carb cleaner straight into the intake and engine does not start. I had the starter tested at Advanced which told me it was good. I also pulled the fuel rail off and watched to injectors and they are shooting fuel. The engine will crank normally but will not kick over. Please help
Also i noticed that the check engine light remains on when trying to start the car

hi nate-you said your getting fuel....have you checked for spark???if you spray starter fluid in the intake and it doesnt pop then my guess is you have a no spark condition...if the injectors are shooting fuel then use caution not to flood vehicle....this can act like a no start....smell your oil stick making sure no gas is in oil(flooded condition)if still no start....start looking at dist or probably crank or cam sensor....(.if your not getting spark),,,,crank.it
