Mitchell on Demand is another one we have used. It is a little harder to navigate tho.

I've used ShopKey, Alldata, Mitchell on demand, and a few others. Each has their own good points but out of the above Mitchell on Demand is overall better in my opinion even though I dont like their navigation but once you are used to it....
Identifix is another great information source.
I've used allof the above extensively, so if you want some personal info on my experiences I'll gladly share.
