o5 honda ridgeline weird!!!!!

hi guys -put a stereo in a ridgeline, now the driver rear window will not go up unless you jump into the motor with a 12v batt???if you put it up by jumping it will go down as normal using the switch..but once down their is a clicking in the door but will not go up....a few post said its a saftey feature were as a little kids arm is out the window a sensor will deactivate the circuit???/ and must be re programmed by honda??? crank.it

Does the Ridgeline have an external antenna? Any chance there might be some sort of common ground issue where the rear window was using the ground shield of the antennna (or something else related to the stereo) to complete a circuit?

hi tac ,did a little searching and it is this window computer that may need resetting.. of course honda will not divulge that info
