A/C Compressor problem. Ford Taurus

Have a 2003 Taurus. A/C compressor is extremely noisy. What changes or addon will I have to make if I want to remove compressor. I know I will need a new belt, will I need to install any pulleys or other things in palce of compressor?

hey mr.c look for your diagram of belt routing sometimes youll have with or without ac...look at the pcture to see if its just a belt or pulley...crank.it

Thanks Crank.it, There is another problem. The belt routing sticker normally under hood is missing and I cannot find one in local junk yard.
