Welcome aboard Rey! If you have any thoughts on shop owner issues (marketing, shop management, etc) go ahead and post 'em up. We know there are other folks just lurking waiting for a discussion to jump in to - we just need some folks to help get the ball rolling!

(We had a spat of spammers posting junk stuff for a while, so all us moderators are a bit jumpy these days - the spammers play all kinds of tricks that take our time to clean up after them...)
