RE: Business Management Software Poll
We use FleetWave. It is an all inclusive program that was purchased from England. It easily downloads to Excel or Word for comparison. Quite expensive tho.
We use Fleetwave. It is designed for large fleets and the price reflects that. It easily interfaces with Word and Excel so compariosns are super easy.

I received a "few" trial versions of shopware last week and am about to try them out. I use quick books and spread sheets right now (my main puter crashed and am updating everything as we speak).
Once I play with these new ones I'll give my .02 on them.

Anybody have a program that they think is the best?

If your looking for something thats affordable try ClientTickler. If you use it with Quickbooks pro you get a good portion of the features that a actual autoshop software gives you but for a serious fraction of the cost. its http://www.clienttickler.com
