91 Lexus smoking

Have a 91 Lexus 400 LS that is smoking. Doesnt show signs of burning coolant or oil, but it keeps giving a lean code. Here are the codes I have pulled:

25 lean exhaust
41 TPS sensor or circuit

I gambled and replaced the TPS and have gotten rid of those codes and still smoking. No I have a new code.

47 sub-throttle position sensor/ckt

I think Im on a wild goose chase replacing these parts to clear up the smoke. Not sure since it is foriegn, Any ideas or thoughts?

cannot remember the year but i had a customer with a lexus with a similar complaint . it ended up being a vac hose going to a valve on the p/s pump. the valve failed internally and p/s fiuid was drawn into intake. hope this helps.

Thank you retired. That seemed to be the ticket. Of course I still have to put a sensor on, but the smoke is gone(for now) :lol: Seems kinda dumb to design vaccum run off the power steering. Cant wait for the domestics to start rollin in and no more foreign oddities.

Glad the feeble mind still has a little usefull nfo in it. BTW the vac line supplied eng vac to the p/s system so that it could make the system speed sensitive according to eng rpm and load.

actually, same problem i have experience, i am trying to figure out the on how am i going to fix this lexus oem partsi tried to search from google.
