Hi, I need some support here :cry:
Last week I (the only male) was sitting in a room with about 7 or 8 women, turns out half were to be "man haters" (ex's). I found out no matter how right you are you can still be dead filthy wrong :!: All I said was "How is it that it is always the ex husband that is at fault." :shock:

PS. I new what I was getting into, I said it for fun :!: :twisted:

When faced with this situation (i.e. every time I visit my grandmother's place with all the female cousins and sisters sitting around the table) I take the following measures:

1) Grab the newspaper and head to the bathroom

2) Wander around outside looking for bushes that need trimming

3) Try to get the old B&W TV in the basement to pick up ANY kind of station

4) Ask grandma if she needs me to pick up any prescriptions at the mall.

5) As a last desparate measure, I'll even start re-arranging the 3 year stock-pile of food in the basement - but I've already done that 6 or 7 times so it's not much of a challenge any more.

Under no circumstances do I try to participate in the conversation in any way shape or form. Grandma pulled me out of the tar pit once (she's still pretty spry, and volunteered the "pick up prescriptions for me" escape for me that time), but I've learned my lesson and just stay away now.

Yes, yes, sometimes it just feels damn good to charge into a battle well knowing you're outgunned & outnumbered. :lol:
I'm quite sure General Custer felt a certain euphoria when he looked up and saw about a billion zillion indians. :shock:
When you find yourself suddenly in that situation, the key is to keep your head, stand your ground, and never retreat :!: (easy for me to say, huh! :mrgreen: )

Actually, I've often entertained the idea of falling down at that point and faking a seizure! :wink:
