Yup, it's a new logo.

Why?

I had to change it to differentiate it from the 10w40.com logo. On Saturday I officially turned 10w40.com over to a new owner. I had kept meaning to redeisgn that site, and never got around to it, so when someone called me and made an offer, I decided to let it go. 10w40.com probably won't change much for a while as the new owners like the design, but I'd expect it to take on a new look sometime next year.

I decided to keep 10w30.com and arrange that I could keep running it as an automotive help site, because I find I have more fun over here in the discussion areas with you guys. I might eventually get around to rebuilding some of the tutorials that I had on 10w40.com, but for now I just want to take it easy with this site. If any of you are interested in writing some tutorials with pictures though, let me know.

So, other than the color of the logo, things won't be changing much here at 10w30.com for a while. I kind of like our sandbox just the way it is.
