Engine runs rough
I have a 1992 Nissan Sentra with a 1.6L engine(170,000 miles) that starts ok, but runs rough & idles rough. It also has a real lack of power when accelerating. I changed the oxygen sensor & inspected vacuum hoses for leaks, but no change. Any ideas would be a great help! Mike

Re: Engine runs rough
When was the last time it was tuned up? Including air and fuel filters?

Re: Engine runs rough
The spark plugs were last changed about 10,000 miles ago, and the fuel filter was last changed about 30,000 miles ago.

Re: Engine runs rough
I think I would try a complete tune up first.
Plugs, cap rotor, wires, air filter and fuel filter.
You didn't say if the cap, rotor, and wires were ever changed .
after 170,00 miles. they have to be in need of replacement.

RE: Engine runs rough
Hello, what are the odds of damaging bike engine if we use different types of oils on different intervals. I was using lubricant oil then I put microbe oils and I think there should be some kind of effects should turn on here.
