brackets for a 2000 Tracker 4wd
Any one know ,Were can I get the caliper mounting brackets, for this tracker , without buying the
caliper and bracket Assembly? I need both sides.
OEM wants $340.00ea. and all the other part stores are sold out, at 62.00 each for the re-man
Assembly, compared to OEM i can see why they are sold out. (none in the warehouses)
This tracker has 288,000 miles on it , and the lady doesn't want to put this kind of money into it.
since it is a second car.she likes to keep this tracker because her NEW Chevy SUV , spends more time in the shop
than on the road.

I can check availabilty on the caliper tomorrow. There is no aftemarket part listing for just the bracket, you would have to buy the whole caliper assembly.

The problem with the re-man caliper/bracket Assembly, is that they don't have enough cores to rebuild.
Since this is a second ride, ask her if she can do without it for about a week to 10 days,
If she can then take the "cores"(calipers and mounting brackets) to your local NAPA store, they will send them to there re-man shop and you will have two good semi-loaded calipers and good brackets sent back to you for about 60.00 each,,
I have had to do this a couple of times, on a few parts for trackers and other makes ,

I came up with the same info, I would have to take your calipers and have them rebuilt. No availability on this caliper core right now
