penatrating fluid
Ok every once in awhile life brings you some good things. This time, I was fortunate to work in a shop where my boss liked to sit on his fat *you know what * and find things at better prices, that worked better, ect.

I give this man credit - he found the best penatrating fluid going. its called

Free-all. Its made by federal process ( they also make gasoilia products)

The bad part is they ( the boss and his dimwit counterpart )found out that heating the part and then using this stuff really works great, but they take it to a extreem ! They heat the metal red hot and start spraying. With a flash point of 140 degrees, it creates a heavy FOG !! I diddn't want to breath it anymore, so I packed my bags...

The PROPER way to heat and use free-all is MILDLY heat the project with a propane torch to SLIGHTLY heat the area and then this stuff really works double time !

Heating is only a option, and it should be done with finess, otherwise this stuff used normally will out perform any penatrating fluid out there !

NOT A CLUE/ but your help is appreciated !
