Howdy!

I didn't disappear completely, just a bunch of stuff came up...it always does...haven't done *anything* to the truck since we chatted last time. B/F's son graduated out-of-town, OT at work, etc, etc, ya know?

The weather hasn't cooperated at all, so looks like I'll now be in 100 degree heat working on the truck. Not sure where to start, but I'll see about spark first (only with a screwdriver, NOT my hand, LOL) then move on to vacuum and compression tests. Bought the guages last payday, btw, so it's all just 'waitin for me to get off my duff'...

Good news is: no more coolant loss since bypassing the heater core! Got a new core, but who needs the heater *now*? Lol. That can wait till this Fall, as far as I'm concerned. Or at least until I don't have so many other things to do.

Will be in chat for a little while--I generally peek in periodically while surfing around, so give me a couple minutes to reply if you're in there, OK?

See ya 'round.
