98 escort broken oil dipstick tube
1998 escort wagon se. the oil dipstick tube has come off, or broken off the engine block. it looks like it has broken off, but am hoping something just came off that holds it on. if in fact it is "broken" is there a fix without removing or replacing engine?

Pull the remains of the tube out and buy a new tube to install. Should just press in snuggly.
