Ford Explorer power windows failed

My wife's 1999 V-6 4-door Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer's power windows failed all at once. I checked the fuses and they are good. Power locks work, but not the window switches. How do I test the control panel to see if it is bad? Where can I download a wiring diagram?

I think a set of ford diagnosis tool or testing tool is helpful.And it easier you with auto problems
