90 accord ex engine light
My accord has 248,000 on it now, the check engine light remains on after changing the fuel filter, I am wondering if it is likely that when i ran the tank almost empty, if i may have clogged up an injector, and am not able to unclog with even seafoam? Could that then cause the 0 2 sensor code and malfunctioning fuel system code i am getting. How common is it for injectors to not unclog? and if 1 or more needs to be replaced, should i buy brand new?

help i need my car

Do a fuel pressure test first to be sure no damage was done to the fuel pump. If fuel pressure is good, I would have the codes reset , then if they come back again start from there. It may have been from running out of gas.
