VW shaft seal

VW shaft seal
On a 93 vw jetta 5sp manual trans- how do I get the driveshaft seals out to replace them. Manual shows were the bolt is located. How does that cap or plate come off or do I remove the driveshaft flange to replace the seals? There is no bolt as shown in the manual? Maybe a cap cover?

You could try this link, really doesn't cover every job that you might get,
but could be helpful..give it a try ..
