Have you checked all the fuses and relays? Also check the connections where you can see them. I am assuming the refrigerant is fully charged? If you have accessed Alldata, check the wiring diagrams also to be sure the wiring is not damaged. Also try jumping the low pressure switch. It is possible it just laid down.

Crank-it, it sounds like low refrigerant, especially if the outlet air temperature is above ambient temperature. If you have a gauge set, hook it up and see what the pressures are. Alternately, feel the discharge/high pressure hose at the compressor- it should be hotter than the surrounding engine parts, which indicates refrigerant in the system, but there may not be enough to condense properly, so the hot refrigerant, as gas, goes to the evaporator- and you get heat. If the suction/return side to the compressor is cold, not just cool, you have something else going on- maybe air doors aren't changing properly with the AC controls.

Is the air really hot hot . As in hotter than outside air ? FERD has tons of problems with the BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR. When it fails , the system goes to full heat. This will override the a/c even if that is working. The actuator is in top of the a/c case. with eng off ,key on ,open glove box and listen for a hum when you turn temp control hot/cold.If hum is heard door could be broke inside housing. Try to feel for movement .There are numerous TSB's on these type systems.
