HELP-1996 Caravan...where is the Manifold Vacuum hose ?

I would greatly appreciate if :
Does anyone know where in the engine compartment...the Manifold Vacuum line is for a Dodge CARAVAN(1996).... apicture would be great

Why ? I need this to clean the Catalytic converter...please read below

When I had a VW I used the manifold vacuum line to ADD water to the Manifold to clean the Catalytic converter....

This cleaned the catalytic converted and allowed my car to pass emissions test.... This generates tremendous heat...thus cleans the catalytic converted...
