Bringing a '55 Caddy Fleetwood back to life. The car is new to me, books are coming, but don't have them yet. It's one of the first of the overhead valve small block design engines.
Can someone tell me what the firing order is and the dist rotation?
I got the car to start, but it's popping in the intake like it's got a wire crossed.
Thanks
55 was a good year , I had finally learned to quit pooping my diapers. anyway ,here is some data on your car. http://www.carnut.com/specs/gen/cad50.html
And now you are so old you started doing it again.
They had Caddies back in 1855?
Hey firedog , you accidently typed 1855 instead of 1955 .............Whats that ? It wasn't an accident ? Have you been hanging around Way2Old . This is starting to smell like his work.
Appreciate all the help and comments
I haven't reached re-tired or way2old status yet, but I'll bet firedog and I can have some interesting discussions about his product!
